…well the dig keeps going anyway.
Norman Flux, Mark Brown, Ben Stevens, Pippa Furlong, Imogen Furlong and Tim Webber visited Crem on Tuesday as part of a hauling team. Mark, Imogen and Pippa, and Mark, Ben and Tim had on a previous two occassions begun digging out the bottom of the small calcited aven and moving the spoil to a pile further back.
Hauling was going went well until at 9:30pm the bike winch experienced some technical difficulties that even Norman couldn’t resolve then and there – it was nearing pub’o’clock anyway so – we all headed off for a pint of IPA and some pork scratchings.
Hopefully get another haul in before lambing season starts.
